What We Do
How long will my furnace or air conditioner last? We’re asked that question every day. Your furnace and air conditioner is like every other mechanical device we have, in that it needs periodic maintenance.
We wouldn’t expect our car to run forever if we didn’t service it regularly, our furnace and air conditioner is no different.
Preventive maintenance does not cost money, it saves money.
Here are a few things you can do yourself to add years to your system:
- Change your furnace filters regularly normally every 60-90 days.
- Make sure no furniture, curtains or drapes are covering the registers.
- Keep all the landscaping, such as bushes, flowers at least three feet from the outside air conditioner.
- Make sure there’s nothing on top of, or obstructing the air flow on the outside air conditioner.
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
